Insurance write-offs
If your insurer pays out and offers to let you keep the car (sometimes called retaining the salvage), check the numbers first. Picking up from panel shops and tow yards
If your car is sitting at a repairer or storage yard, tell us where. With your permission we can collect it from there, so you don’t need to arrange another tow first. Storage fees owed to the yard have to be settled before release.
